How do I map a local IP to a static IP

I am trying to use VOIP and the providers require that we broadcast our static IP instead of the local IP… How do I map this in the Balance One router?

This is typically done within the local VoIP server. Are you running Asterisk? Or are you using a cloud based system?

Similar to Asterisk.
But, shouldn’t this be done in the router?
NAT primary job is to translate the private IP to a unique public IP… correct?

The router automatically does an outbound NAT to the public IP with default configuration. It sounds like the VoIP provider wants the server to use the public static IP address (after the NAT) instead of its actual private IP on the inside.
