How can I connect my Wi-Fi WAN to 5GHZ channel 144(142)?

Posted this on the MAX sub, but no action so trying here. I have a MAX HD2 Rev 5 and I sometimes find the WiFi WAN will not find/connect to my area WiFi network. Last time this happened I checked and according to a WiFi analyzer the WiFI AP I was trying to connect the HD2 to was on 5GHZ channel 144(142). My HD2 is set to only connect to 5GHZ networks, but 144(142) is not one of the channels I can check on the list so the HD2 will not find it and thus won’t connect. I’ve done some research and thought it might be due to DFS, but yet it is able to connect to channel 108(110) fine which is apparently a DFS channel. I’m a bit lost as to what is happening and how to resolve?

Thank you, Martin. I have created ticket 24110352 to track this issue.

Hi Mike,

We will work with you via ticket.
The device is running very old firmware and having problem to upgrade. We may need to work on that first.
