Hello Dears,

My client wants to have a captive portal like: name, first name phone number … not just by emails or social wifi for the connection. Is it possible ?

Yes you can build and host an external captive portal page that collects that data in a form. It will require custom development though. There is a template you can use here https://www.slingshot6.com/blog/free-peplink-captive-portal-splash-page-template/ as a start.
