Hd4 problem acquiring ip

I HAVE A HD4 and when I connect all the 4 SIM , the HD4 could not acquire the ip. I receive the message obtaining ip address . I try to use those card with an iPad and the card work. Could you give me any advice to resolve this problem

  1. Have you connected all cellular antennas? If so, what is the reading for RSRP, RSRQ and SNR for each cellular WAN?

  2. Please check whether the cellulars firmware are up to date.

  3. Please ensure you are using the latest firmware version.
