I have a new Max HD4. Two of the modems are in a constant state of ‘resetting’. Clicking on the Details does/shows nothing. A reboot does nothing.
What could be the issue and what is the resolution?

How is it powered? Resetting modems can be caused by a lack of current. Are you using the factor PSU?
Otherwise log a ticket so engineering can check the modules remotely. .
Sorry for the delayed response. We are using the factory PSU. The problem seemed to go away on it’s own
