Dear Guys ,
We have setup a guest portal using Incontrol and everything works fine , just the first redirection page to guest.pepwave.com has about 15-20 seconds delay. I wanted to trace the path to guest.pepwave.com and it returned 23 hopes with average ping size of 270 ms. so I think the delay is because we are far from the pepwave server farm.
do you have any Idea or solution so that we can minimize the redirection delay ?
