GPS providing incorrect coordinates via ethernet/com

I installed the virtualcom thing and I am getting wrong coordinates from the router than I see on the router web UI. See the image:
The red line shows you where I really am 47.61N, 122.12W and this is from the pepwave BR1 mini web UI.
The green line highlights the value on COM4 that is coming from 192.168.1.1 which is the pepwave IP.
47.37N, 122.07W is maybe 20 miles from me.

I am saying that my one and only pepwave is providing two different GPS coordinates. One is good and shown on the UI. The other is delivered via IP and then virtual com port, and is bogus.

Thanks,

jt

The previous NMEA dump was from the COM port that the virtualcom driver produced.

gpscomplete is a program that will take the NMEA data from a COM port and stuff it into Microsoft’s Location Services.

gpscomplete also has a tool that will show me what is coming off of the 192.168.1.1:60660 port. The data, shown below, is identical to what the virtualcom port was providing. Notice the “gpscomplete64.exe” title. Again, the pepwave BR1 Mini at 192.168.1.1 is dumping different GPS coordinates from 192.168.1.1:60660, than what I see on the 192.168.1.1 UI! What is going on??!?
