I hope this is a correct forum to ask this question. I opened a ticket to Peplink on my portal also, but have not heard from them.
I set up my 2FA with Google Auth, but I was having issues with the app and re-installed it on my phone. For some reason all the authentication links in the app are gone. So when I log in to InControl2 and it asks me to scan the QR code with my phone, I get “Failed to scan QR code?” and tells me to use my phone’s camera instead. I am using my phone’s camera!
I’m on a Mac using the Brave browser, and have an iPhone 12 Pro max
Is it me or memorex? (Old joke, if you don’t understand)
