Welcome to the Peplink Community! Were you able to get this issue resolved? If not, are you able to access the internet in general from the BR1 Pro 5G? If yes and this is in reference to Sonicwall GVC, https://www.sonicwall.com/support/knowledge-base/no-internet-access-when-connected-to-global-vpn-client-gvc/170505862769521. May need to contact your IT admins for that service to ensure that you are setup and traffic is being allowed. Hope this helps!
