FusionHub - IP and Gateway in different network

Hi everyone,

we are starting to test the virtual appliance on our ESX Server.
However we have a problem to access it. One particularity we have is that the IP and the gateway are not on the same LAN range, it’s by design from our datacenter.
Other OS can connect to the Internet but the appliance can’t.

Any ideas on this problem ?

If you can access FusionHub’s Web Admin page, please upgrade your fusionhub with this firmware

I can’t access to anything on the server, it’s like the server is not connected so the IP returned nothing when queried by http://<ourIP> Is there another way to apply the firmware ?
