Fix: CPU Load always 100% indicator since 5.4.7 on 310V2

Since the Balance 310 HW V2 firmware upgrade from 5.4.6 to 5.4.7 the CPU Load is always at 100%.

Tested with:
Chrome 26.0.1366.0 canary
Safari 5.1.7 (7534.57.7)
Chrome 25.0.1364.5 dev
Firefox 18.0.1

Before firmware 5.4.7 the CPU Load indicator was at least changing over time and only some moments reaching the 100% outer limit.

Please fix this.
