Firmware upgrade to 8.0.1 hung on MAX BR1 ENT

New MAX BR1 ENT upgrading to 8.0.1 from 7.1.0 is hung at 79% for more than 1 hour. Urgently request instructions. I don’t want to brick this unit, which has happened to me on a MAX BR1 last year during a routine firmware upgrade.

Note that support told me to skip the upgrade to 7.1.2 which failed on “invalid firmware image”

Sorry, never mind. The screen didn’t refresh itself. The unit is up with the new firmware.

Gun shy from my previous bad experience.
