That’s not a document I have ever seen - why do you need it?

Need it for justification. Yearly extended warranty and what being done by PEPLINK.

Extended warranty keeps the hardware covered in case of a failure which guarantees you a replacement device, always a good idea. Firmware upgrades are provided at no cost regardless of the warranty status.
