firmware 8.3.0s213 build 5393?

Hello i just add 2 new peplink balance 20x to my organization , no problem at all

But for some reason they got updated automatically by incontrol with a firmware 8.3.0s213 build 539

what version is it ? is there hotfixes integrated ? why it got updated automatically i just look into Firmware Management i dont see that version only beta en 8.3.0 build 5315

Hi there,

The builds with “S” in them are usually special builds with extra fixes. However, the next build / 8.40 should include those fixes anyway.

I would stay with the 8.30s build and wait for the released version of 8.40.
There are still minor bugs being discovered in the RC2.

This is obviously entirely up to you - RC builds usually are stable, but unknown/new issues may arise.
