I understand the importance of a diagnostic report coming from a customer to Peplink for troubleshooting purposes. What I’d like to see though is the ability to customize this report so that providing such a report isn’t such a “security” threat, and passwords, certs, etc. are all included IIRC. Changing passwords, certs, etc are not always possible when troubleshooting an issue in a production environment for example.
Please allow the ability to select what should be included in the diagnostic report that would pertain to the problem at hand. Additionally, a simple check of (remove passwords/certs/IPs,GPS coordinates) would go along away in the name of security.
