Failover License

Hi,

I’ve lost my failover license for the Max router and tried submitting a request to Support but haven’t heard from them, is there any other way I can recover the license? Should I be contacting someone else? I’d really like to activate it asap

Did you purchase it directly from Peplink or through a partner?
You should get a response tomorrow from Peplink support

The failover license survives a reset and you do not need to re-apply the key. Anyways, I have provided the key for your serial number.

Hi Tim, thanks for clarifying that it survives a reset, I realised it wasnt working because my configs was actually wrong, good to know for next time I guess
