Event notify from incontrol

Hi there

today, one BR1 of ones didn’t connect properly to the ISP using sim… the result was that WI-FI was available but no internet access at all…

event log is full of entry like these:
Cellular connected to TIM (remote_IP)
Cellular disconnected (WAN failed SmartCheck)
Cellular connected to TIM (remote_IP)
Cellular disconnected (WAN failed SmartCheck)
Cellular connected to TIM (remote_IP)
Cellular disconnected (WAN failed SmartCheck)
Cellular connected to TIM (remote_IP)
Cellular disconnected (WAN failed SmartCheck)
Cellular connected to TIM (remote_IP)
Cellular disconnected (WAN failed SmartCheck)
Cellular connected to TIM (remote_IP)
Cellular disconnected (WAN failed SmartCheck)

anyway, if device is offline, there’s no possibility to have email from it and the only way to know its status apart from being called from the customer or checking on incontrol…

is there any way to have incontrol to send email on some events and/or device status change?

Hello,

You can setup email notifications in IC2 and have them emailed to you.

We also have a Router Utility App as well that will be able to send you push notifications to your cell.

It is under “Group Settings”. Click on a Group. Then Settings>Group Settings.
