Error: configuration file not accepted

Hi i have the following pepwave cellular router.

Model: Pepwave MAX HD4
Product Code: MAX-HD4-LTE-US
Hardware Revision : 1
Firmware: 7.1.0 build 3433
PepVPN Version 7.0.0
Modem Support Version: 1022 (Modem Support List)

And i want to send the configuration file to a remote location where
we have the following pepwave cellular router.

Model: MAX HD4 LTE with MediaFast
Product code: MAX-HD4-MFA-LTE-US-T
Hardware Revision : 1

Firmware: 7.1.0 build 3433
PepVPN Version 7.0.0
Modem Support Version: 1022 (Modem Support List)

We are getting error message saying : Error: configuration file not
accepted.
This configuration file is generated by a different product model.

Is there a way to change the config and upload in our remote router?

Both the devices are different model, you can’t direct upload the configuration download from HD4 to the HD4 MediaFast.

You can contact Peplink local partner for assistance or open a support ticket to support team and see what they can help this.
