Enhanced email alerting features on InControl2

Greetings,

We’d like to ask for enhanced email alerting features on the InControl2 interface.

organization → settings → notifications → email notification subscriptions → Bandwidth Usage (check the box (define email receipients here))

I was told:
The email only will sent once base on the conditions as shown in the previous given screenshot.

Essentially what they’d like to see is this:

• Applicable to scenarios where “shutdown on cap” is not used
• Continue alerting at predefined intervals or bandwidth allowance over 100%
o For example if monthly allowance is 1gb and the device consumes 2gb in said month, we want to see alerts at 150% (1.5gb) and 200% (2gb) of monthly allowance.

That’s really all, the notification profile and the other features work well for this purpose.

I would like to second this request “For example if monthly allowance is 1gb and the device consumes 2gb in said month, we want to see alerts at 150% (1.5gb) and 200% (2gb) of monthly allowance.” Having the ability to continue receiving alerts after 95% of plan is hit would be a great value add.

Here’s a different customer that wants a slightly different version of this request:
The customer wants to receive notifications (email) based on hourly cellular data usage per device (as opposed to notifications at customer percentage uses of monthly data limit).
