Hi all,
did not find any tangible information about the End of Support date for the Balance 380 HW5.
Found some information about the HW1 and HW2 on the official release notes but still looking for an official source about the HW5.
There is a similar inquiry but it is dated back in 2017.
According to the actual compatible FW revision it looks like there are already some hardware limitations which hinder the installation of the latest version.

Balance 380 HW 3-5 is limited to firmware 6.3.4 and you can obtain the release notes, firmware, and user manual here.
