End user can change their password while using Remote User Access by L2TP/IPSec authentication with local account

We use BPL-580X as internet gateway and use Remote User Access by setting up L2TP with IPSec.
We use local account create on BPL-580X and End User whom use these account to VPN want to change their password.
Does peplink have any options to end user can change their password while using local account create on BPL-580X
