I have question about dynamic NAT, i have 2 ISP and whichis have 2 ip public for isp A and 2 ip public for isp B
can peplink balance 580 do dynamic NAT for two isp whichis lan get random ip public

You can do this by NAT Mapping / NAT Pool, Tri.
Simply define a NAT Mapping rule, select a range or a network LAN clients as appropriate, and check the IP addresses that you would like this range of clients to be NAT’ed with for outbound traffic. Here is a walk-through at Peplink | Pepwave - Forum
