I have configure a other ddns (I have make my personal ddns) to my Peplink Balance 210.
I receive 19 connection during 10 min and after noting.
And my ddns server is no longer updated.
Could you help me? Thanks
What do you mean “(I have make my personal ddns)” ? Your own DDNS server ? What platform running and application name ?

I have install bind (named) and apache on centos 7 server.
I can do a http connection with a login and a password.
In the logs I see a connection every 30s for 10 min and after nothing.
if I save and reapply the configuration I see again the connections then nothing
Can you share the logging here ?

For the first connection, I have an error message in the peplink log.

In the documentation it is write:
“Either upon a change in IP addresses or every 23 days without link reconnection, the Peplink Balance will connect to the dynamic DNS service provider to update the provider’s IP address records.”
which IP address is it? My public IP or my ip on my WAN connection?
My WAN connection have always the same IP adresse 192.168.10.37 connected to my provider gateway (192.168.10.1).
Please refer to the following available option to turn off the auto detection for the IP address.
If you still can’t get the custom dynamic work, please open a support ticket here for support team to check. Need to verify the request send from the device to confirm which part having issue.
