Hi Guys

Just want to find out if this problem has been resolved because i’m having the same problem and it’s bringing my entire network to it’s knees.

Any help would be appreciated. What is the solution?

Hi,

In reviewing the tickets associated with this thread, and assuming your problem is similar, the problem was resolved with a firmware fix. Note there are currently two hardware builds out there for MOTG, make sure you choose the correct one. You can see what HW build you are on by going into your Web Admin and clicking “Status” and looking below at the “Hardware Revision.”

If you have a MOTG HW1 you can upgrade to 6.3.3 here → https://download.peplink.com/firmware/motg/fw-maxotg-6.3.3-build2252.bin

And if you have MOTG HW2 you can upgrade to 7.0.0 here → https://download.peplink.com/firmware/motg/fw-maxotg-7.0.0-build2445.bin

Thanks that is a great help i will test it later today and get back to you.

Kind Regards
