Hi I have peplink balance 310 in my office for inbound and outbound load balancing I have configured my domain name provider to point To my balance 310 for DBS queries wan 1 is multiple static ip Internet leased line and wan 2 is single static Ip address based adsl broadband . I have configured all the settings properly regarding ns records etc but even then whenever wan 1 fails no ns lookup can be performed neither can the domain name be pinged . But when the wan 1 is up the ns lookup performs and returns both the static ips And everything works fine please help

Make sure you pay close attention to the paragraph in bold to make sure the DNS records at your registrar are pointing to the Peplink.
