One of our thorniest issues is that crew devices continue to churn through our limited Internet data, even when the crewmember is sleeping or busy working.
I’m aware of the feature that disconnects a device when it’s inactive, but the issue is that the phones are almost always active. Is there a way for Peplink to just automatically disconnect the device when the 60-minute lease expires, and issue a new lease only when the user starts actively using the device?
