Unable to obtain Diagnostic Report from the dashboard. Does anyone know why this happened and any solution to get diagnostic report back?
@waynetan, I have removed your screenshot as it contains sensitive data “S/N”.
However, I noticed a support ticket PST#20090140 has been created for the same request. Let’s follow up in ticket for better management.
