No one using the Device Connector Rugged?

I am losing regularly my connection from the device to one of the close by AP’s 2,4Ghz and 5Ghz. I have 2 Access points 15m & 25m away from the Device Connector Rugged both using 2,4Ghz and 5Ghz and a signal strength below -75dBm .
