Deny All Traffic exept mail Office 365

Goodday all,

Is it possible to block ALL traffic except mail traffic from Office 365?
The reason for this is that the routers will be placed on Sea vessels. They want to use the Pepwave as a backup for Email ONLY. they have 250 MB worldwide simcards.

If there is a solution for this that would be nice.

Sure. You could block all traffic then only allow ports for SMTP TLS (587) and IMAP SSL (993).
