Denon HEOS trouble maintaining connection to Plex server

Hello,

I recently switched over from a Virgin Media Hub 3.0 to the Surf Soho and I’m experiencing a new problem with my Denon HEOS system. HEOS is having trouble maintaining a connection to my Plex server.

Any thoughts on what may be causing the trouble? Is the SOHO DLNA compatible?

There are a lots of previous post around Plex servers within the forum that can be found by doing a search for “Plex”, have you been able to find anything to answer your question in there yet?

Unfortunately the other threads have not helped me solve my problem. I’m also unable to access Plex outside my LAN.
