We were recently donated two Balance 580 HW2 for a student project. They are both humming along nicely, but one of them (1) does not display information on the LCD panel (the first line is simply a series of squares - all pixels active) and (2) its dashboard does not display the temperature and fan speed (see attached pictures with the dashboard display from the two units).
They are out of warranty. So - how worried should we be?
