Deep Dive into SpeedFusion Packet Encapsulation Mechanisms When AES Encryption is Disabled

Hi Support,

We are aware that SpeedFusion VPN supports AES-256 encryption. However, to maximize bandwidth throughput, we sometimes set the encryption to “Off.” Based on our packet capture analysis, we observed that the traffic still appears to have some form of basic encryption or obfuscation applied, even when AES-256 is disabled.

Since the official documentation does not elaborate on this, could you clarify what mechanism or method is used to process packets when AES encryption is turned off?

Regards,
Bit.
