Damaged reset button

How to get my reset button fixed I have my max BR1 LTE router under warranty. I bought it from techno RV, but they don’t want to do anything about it.

Your next best option is to raise a Peplink Support Ticket ( https://www.peplink.com/support/ ).

Peplink may send you back to your supplier if they are a genuine Peplink Partner to support you.

So I just started the process what should be the next step? what should I wait for? This is my Ticket #24060833

Now only the wan is working and everything else is disable and the health check keeps going off. Keep saying it’s disabled.
