we have made a custom wired solution for production but for testing and development it would be great if you can recommend a wall power supply with a already wired terminal block for the United states (110 v in) or from a usb
Hi Michael - Welcome to the forum!
Max Power usage on a SFE is 13W. So Any 12V power suppy that can provide 1.5A or more (13w at 12V is 1.08A so 1.5A is playing safe) would be fine. I would suggest this one as it comes with a DC to terminal adapter so you can easily connect it.

looking at the picture, that is a female terminal block, also the connector the fusion comes with is a small Euroblock or phonyx connector
Yes. I was expecting you to cable between the terminal blocks (or just cut the end off the cable and insert directly into the terminal on the SFE.
