Convert configuration file

Hello. Is it possible to convert a configuration backup file from 710 and upload it to 300?

OK, thanks. I am trying to access Peplink 300 (firmware 4.8.1) using my Windows 8.1 computer. I tried all browsers (IE11, latest firefox and chrome), but it seems that compatibility issues exist. So some pages are not displayed correctly (for example Network–>wan or lan). Is there a way to access the device and configure it?
