Content filtering DB - unable to fetch update info - HELP

Hi,

When trying to update the content filtering DB… it says unablej to fetch update info see pictures.

Any idea why that is?

Just to close this thread: the support team fixed it, something went wrong on my device with the firmware.

Fixed. Can download/upload the content filter now.
