Configure Peplink AP AC mini to use external splash

Hello, we’ve been struggling to set an external splash page on a Peplink AP AC mini, the splash does load fine but the authentication method fails, it shows an “ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED” upon submitting the form, it goes to captive-portal.peplink.com:8000/portal.cgi

The external splash is located in aptecs.com.mx/portal_demo.php

The domain “captive-portal.peplink.com” is used by MAX / Balance. For AP, please change to “device.pepwave.com”.

Or you could simply use the value of the form_action attribute submitted to the external splash page during redirection. Then you do not need to handle different values for different device types.
