We are using your Pepwave HD4 Max and we were asked if the unit complies to Ruling 889 from the US Government. Is it possible that someone could confirm?
Is someone able to confirm if the unit is compliant?

From what we understand (and as we have similar challenges with supply chains now in Australia also), the ruling does not apply to Peplink equipment if it is not associated with the listed organisations in that ruling. The “County of Origin” (manufacturing) will be the next most significant challenge that many “Westernised” countries will be facing next.
