Checking the status of "Remote Assistance"

Would you be able to add a note of “How to check Remote Assistance status” in the instruction below?

Instead of going to http:// IP of your device /cgi-bin/MANGA/support.cgi, just simply asking customers to check the bottom of the dashboard page would be nice.

It would be so nice if this article gets updated since not all the customers check to see if Remote Assistance (RA) is really enabled or not.
They know how to enable it, but they might not know how to check it. (Some might even not know if Internet WAN should be available on the devices.) This would prevent us from escalating cases/tickets over to you folks without RA enabled on the devices. Thank you!
