Changing the invoice date of a device within Incontrol?

I added a device to our InControl with the wrong invoice date. InControl does not see the device as online, which it is, I can access it remotely and the Incontrol box is checked within the device config. I’m assuming it’s because the invoice date was entered incorrectly while adding the device to InControl. After removing the device and re-adding it, it will not allow me to modify the invoice date. So I have no way of fixing this issue if the wrong invoice date is causing the device not to be seen by InControl.
Anybody else seen this problem?
