Celullar led MAX BR1 Mini not on

Hello,

I have a BR1 Mini LTE-E-T working in the ship for over 6 years.

From one day to the next no more working system.
After checking, it appears that also the Celullar led is no longer lit or flashing.
When I log into the Dashboard, I also don’t see both my sim cards listed under the Wan Connection Status anymore.

Since no connection is being established, I can no longer log in via Remote InControl either

Most recent firmware is in there.

What could be the problem. BR1 defective? I connected a new LTE outdoor antenna just to be sure.

Does the cellular wan show on the dashboard?
Have you tried to remove and reinsert the sim cards?
Reboot the unit?

Hello Jonathan,

The mobile wan is strangely not visible on the dashboard? I have removed and reinserted the sim cards, even another one in slot B. The device has also been rebooted.
Unfortunately no active sim card visible and or led activity at cellular.

I would next try to factory reset the device, and or open a support ticket with peplink.
