If you are experiencing reduced cellular speeds the first step is to contact your provider, or check the status of your account, to identify how much data usage has occurred within the billing cycle.

  • Cellular throughput speeds are drastically reduced by a cellular provider when the data cap is met.

  • If you have an unlimited data plan check with your provider to determine at what point they reduce the throughput until the beginning of the next billing cycle.
