Captive Portal not redirecting

Hi

I have a clients vessel that is equipped with a Pepwave Max HD2 router, Peplink SD Switch 24-port 850 and AP One enterprise access points. The system has been previously configured. The captive portal tokens have been set up but when we connect to the WIFI accesspoint, there is no automatic redirection to a login page to enter the code generated from the token.
I have tried to logon via Samsung S9, Lenovo laptop and Apple smartphone.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Shaun,
Is the captive portal applied to the main untagged VLAN? Are there other VLANs? Could the wifi network be on a different VLAN and so not getting captured but the portal?

Hi Martin

There are 3 SSID’s onboard the vessel:
-Captains Data
-Crew Data
-Passenger Data

There are no captive portals assigned to the untagged VLAN, this is has the Captains SSID assigned to this VLAN as his data is completely unregulated.

There are 2 more VLANs onboard:
-Crew VLAN that has the Crew Data SSID assigned to it. The Captive portal for the Crew tokens is assigned to the Crew VLAN and not to the SSID.
-Passenger VLAN that has the Passenger Data SSID assigned to it. The Captive portal for the Passenger tokens is assigned to the Passenger VLAN and not to the SSID.
