Hi guys, I am a new user and can’t get to the Web Admin Interface. When I type it in I get a message that the site can’t be reached and ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE. Looking for customer support/service phone number to call but no-go so hopefully this format will work.
Preliminary questions:
- What product model and firmware version? (Should not make much difference, but let US know what YOU know.) SOHO or AP?
- Are you coming on the LAN side or WAN side? (Use a LAN port until you get everything set up.)
- Have you changed any of the default parameters, e.g., port nr or, router/APs IP address?
And, yes, I think you’ll find good support here from a lot of folks – most of whom are better at this than I am. If you need immediate assistance the best route is to contact the organization from which you purchased the router.

Thanks Rick. I turned off the router, then turned it back on. Was able to get to the security question, bypass the in-secure warnings to go to the page anyway and got it set up.
