I have a Pepwave MAX with a site to site VPN.
My computer is located in a different site to the pepwave and I can’t ping the Pepwave or anything behind it.
When I log into the pepwave and go to System/Ping I can ping my computer from the Pepwave.
The pepwave seems to have the default firewall config with nothing blocked.
Any advice on getting my computer to be able to ping the pepwave?

This sounds like an issue we have had before.
If the IP address of your Pepwave MAX’s SIM-card is not public, you will not be able to ping it from a remote network.
Can you ping the SIM-card’s IP address while connected to the Pepwave via WiFi or Ethernet?
We usually work with SIM-cards that have public static IP addresses, which fixed this issue for us.
I am trying to ping the LAN IP of the Pepwave over the VPN.
I can ping the LAN address from inside the network.
