Cannot initialize second SIM

Using two SIM cards in 1A and 2A. Had worked fine for months, but now 2A (Visible SIM) is no. longer recognized. Replaced with a new SIM from Visible. System is locked into “initializing” and does not recognize SIM in 2A. Purchased from MobileMustHave, and they have been less than helpful. We were told the issue was being elevated to Peplink, but still no confirmation from either MobileMustHave or Peplink.

I had this same issue happen to me. I ended up factory resetting the router, and restoring / rebuilding the configuration.

That resolved my problem with one of my two SIMs being locked into “initializing”.

MobileMustHave came through and both MobileMustHave and Peplink kept communications with us open and finally upped our Firmware to 8.3.0, and resolved the problem. So far, so good!
