Cannot do a factory reset on Balance 30 BPL-031

Hi guys. I just got a Peplink Balance 30 BPL-031 and the issue with it is that it gives IP address using DHCP but I cannot access the web interface. I already pressed the reset button on the front using a paper clip and no luck. It shows the lights as if it were doing the reset but when it finishes still doesn’t let me into the web interface. What else can I do? In the cmd using ipconfig it shows default gateway 192.168.1.1.

Guys for those of you having this issue I was able to login using http://192.168.1.1 instead of https:192.168.1.1 to the web interface.
