Can you set outbound policy priority 1 as PepVPN but priority 2 as weighted?

Might be a dumb question but if I’m bonding multiple WANs I want to have it still work if FusionHub fails. So I use Priority for outbound policy and set PepVPN as priority 1, but the other WANs are all in just numerical order. So WAN1 is priority 2, and WAN2 is priority 3. Is there any way to use PepVPN bonding as priority 1, but if that fails have it load balance WAN1 and WAN2 using equal weighted balance vs just using WAN1?

8.0.0 will have a rule for failing over to other outbound policy rules. The beta should release by the end of 2018 for testing.
