I am using the pepwave MAX 700 and i realized that every time i have 2 of the same type of USB GSM modem (in my case the huwaei e182e) The device does not accept both connections and only one device can make a connection the second the other device is plugged in then both start to fail.

Just to make sure that this is not an issue that has been addressed with firmware update, I would like you to update firmware for your MAX 700 to our latest release (5.3.9) and see if the same issue occurs. You can get the latest release with the MAX’s built in firmware checker under System > Firmware > Firmware Update.
If you do still see the USB modem connection issue post firmware update, please capture a diagnostic report from the MAX while this is still going on and open a support ticket with us to review in greater detail.
