My previous firmware is 7.0.0 build 1904.
After upgrade to the captioned firmware version. The PepVPN’s status at my client side (Max HD2) constantly switching between “Updating routes…” and “Established”. My users also reported that the speed is slower after upgrade.
Just a quick check, did you enable the “PepVPN Route Isolation” ? We have important notice on this if the feature is enabled, you need to make sure all the devices need to having 7.0.1 and above or 6.3.4.

Yes, both devices are installed lastest firmware.
My environment:
Balance 710 7.1.0 build 2287 (PepVPN Route Isolation enabled)
Max HD2 7.1.0 Build 3433 (PepVPN Route Isolation NOT enabled)

Actually, I have many devices (at difference independent site) connected to Balance 710. Do I need to upgrade ALL these devices? or device at the same site?
You need to upgrade all the devices. The incompatible device firmware will cause issue for the PepVPN connections.
